Weiden Gezeichnet, 2026

Weiden Gezeichnet is a travel sketchbook taking you to a summer spent in the Bavarian city of Weiden in der Oberpfalz.
Through drawings and handwritten notes filled on the spot, it captures everyday scenes, typical yet mundane places, and encounters with all kinds of Weidener.

Follow my steps of contemplation, bike trips in the forest or starting to paint with holy water. And just a little bit of my foreign Blick regarding the Bavarian way of life!

Autogares, 2023

It is the first time I take the direct bus from Istanbul to Munich. I have no idea how long it will take; I only know it will be long.
At Istanbul Esenler bus station, I decide that every hour I will draw and write what happens along the way.


The book reproduces this notebook exactly. It combines diary and drawing, reflecting movement, boredom, encounters, the magic of travel, and the ordinary trivial nature of hours passing.

It has been presented at events in Germany and Switzerland, including the Comic-Salon in Erlangen, the French Institute Munich and Fumetto in Lucerne.
