Hi, I’m Coline!

I always draw; I turn moments of real life into visual stories.

My process starts in my travel diaries, sketchbooks and experiments. I have a background as a linguist, and words can play a surprising role in my pages.
Before I decided to put drawing at the center of my life, I worked as a language teacher and intercultural exchanges organiser.

Carnets de voyage cuadernos de viaje, travel sketchbooks are a thing in France, where I come from. And are still underground in Germany, where I live. I want to change that and develop the scene, here and everywhere!

I love sketchbooks, I love how they focus on tiny details which allow to see the whole world through someone else's eyes and psyche.
